Yes. You can pay cash or cheque upon delivery or use our 3rd Party Bank Transfer Option.

Yes, some items can be returned. Please see our Return/Exchange Policy for more information.

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Return/Exchange Policy.

RubyRed aim to please it’s customers. If an item you wanted is out of stock and you would like to see it re-stocked or special ordered, please contact us and we will do what we can to accommodate you. See our Contact page for our contact options and information.

Deliveries are made between the hours of 10:00am – 7:00pm

Items in your cart are placed on hold for 60minutes. If the order is not placed after 60minutes all items will go back into inventory.
